Spa Cover Warranty

What's covered, what's not, and how to file a claim. The warranty specific to your cover is emailed when you register.

What's Covered

PSP Fabricating Inc. warrants its insulating covers to the original end user against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the term specified in the warranty document emailed at registration.

Coverage Extends To:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use
  • Vinyl skin: UV-treated marine grade vinyl, sewn and seamed by PSP
  • Foam core: high-density EPS, vacuum-heat-sealed in-house
  • Hardware: zippers, handles, locking straps, and C-channel structural support

Exclusions

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by animals, fire, vandalism, or natural disasters
  • Excessive chemical exposure or chemical misuse
  • Misuse, improper setup, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear or mishandling
  • Seam separation or delamination resulting from mishandling — not considered a manufacturing defect
  • Fading of vinyl or thread from chemical maintenance, environmental exposure, or aging
  • Excessive weight on the cover (snow, people, debris)
  • Transport damage from dealer to purchaser
  • Pulling on straps or heat bags
  • Alteration or unauthorized repair

Warranty Void Conditions

The Warranty Is Void If Any Of The Following Occur:

  • Removing or damaging the product label voids the warranty — a label photo is required for every claim
  • Damage from any of the excluded conditions above
  • Use beyond normal residential use (commercial, rental, or unsupervised public access)

How to File a Claim

If you believe your cover has a defect covered under warranty, here's what happens:

    Register your cover

    If you haven't already, register at pspfab.com/warranty/registration. This activates your coverage and links your serial number to your contact info.

  2. 2

    Gather what you'll need

    Photo of the product label (with the serial number visible), original purchase receipt, and a minimum of three photos of the issue from different angles.

  3. 3

    File at pspfab.com/warranty/claim

    Submit the form with your serial number and the photos above. We'll respond within 2 business days and may request additional photos or an in-person inspection.

  4. 4

    Repair or replacement

    If the claim is approved, PSP will repair or replace the cover according to the warranty terms emailed to you at registration. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and for outbound freight from our Barrie, Ontario facility.
