Vinyl Skin
Marine grade vinyl, UV treated to resist fading, cracking, and mildew. Computer-cut for a precise fit.
Nylon Zipper
Heavy-duty nylon zipper for easy foam insert removal and replacement.
Hinge Insulation
Optional upgrade — additional insulation at the hinge point to minimize heat loss.
Skirt
2-layer construction, standard 2.5" length. Provides a snug fit around the spa rim.
Reinforced Handles
Durable, ergonomic handles for easy lifting and cover removal.
Galvanized Steel C-Channels
Internal structural support that prevents sagging and maintains cover shape over time.
Vacuum-Heat Sealed Foam Inserts
High-density EPS foam core, manufactured on-site. Vacuum-sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
Locking Straps
